Work Order Management
Installation, maintenance, breakdown and inspection jobs follow the statuses, priorities and required steps defined by the service operation.
This technician mobile app gives field service teams the work order, customer, equipment, route and service history needed for each visit. Technicians update progress, complete digital forms, add photos or signatures and continue working offline, while assignment and service data stays connected to the office CRM or ERP.
Field service workflow
Installation, preventive maintenance, breakdown and inspection jobs do not follow exactly the same steps. We shape statuses, required fields and forms around the process already in use and keep unnecessary back-office detail out of the mobile app.
Installation, maintenance, breakdown and inspection jobs follow the statuses, priorities and required steps defined by the service operation.
Each technician sees assigned jobs with the appointment, address and instructions needed for the visit, while the office follows current workload.
Customer contacts, site details, installed equipment, previous service records and open issues stay available on the work order.
The service address opens in navigation, and permitted technician location can support dispatch and route visibility where the workflow requires it.
Technicians attach before-and-after photographs, equipment documents, notes and other evidence directly to the service record.
Checklists, measurements, parts used and customer signatures can be validated before the work order is completed.
Downloaded jobs remain available where coverage is weak. Field updates wait on the device and synchronize when the connection returns.
New assignments, schedule changes and urgent notes can reach the responsible technician without requiring manual refreshes.
Connected systems
The app can read assigned jobs from an ERP, CRM, Dynamics 365 or an existing service backend. Status changes, forms, photos and parts used are sent back through backend APIs, so the office does not have to re-enter field data.
Manage customers, work orders, technician assignment and service reporting across the CRM web platform and mobile app.
Bring existing customer, service and work-order records into a technician app through a backend API.
Review the office workflow, technician access, offline synchronization and integration work around the application.
Common questions
Usually, yes. If your ERP, CRM, Dynamics 365 or service platform provides an API, the app can receive assignments from it and send field updates back. When no suitable API exists, a backend integration service is needed to handle data access, authentication, retries and errors.
Yes. Instead of copying the entire database to the phone, the app stores the assigned jobs, forms and customer details required for the visit. Changes made offline remain on the device and synchronize when the connection returns. We also define what should happen if the same record is changed in the office and in the field.
Not always. If your current system already manages work orders, we can connect the mobile app to it instead of introducing another operations screen. If a panel is needed, we build the planning, assignment, status, service-record and role-management screens required by the office team.
Yes. Installation, maintenance and fault calls can use different digital service forms, checklists and required fields. The app can capture the customer signature together with measurements, photographs, notes and parts used before allowing the work order to close.
We can review how jobs are created, assigned and closed today, then define where the mobile app and integrations fit.
